Phases
Over the past few years, our vision has taken concrete shape through long term roadmap, transitioning from a conceptual blueprint to now a ecosystem of over 50+ infrastructure foundations, systems and protocols designed to work together in a plug and play manner.
Backed by rigors of academic research & decades of expertise in real world large scale sovereign AI deployments, Opencyberspace builds these phases ground up using independent research and scientific grounding. All work is done publicly (all development activity is made public) and 100% of code and design are and will remain open source. All architectures, technical details that underpin entire stack are publicly published as well.
Through four major release cycles (releases upto Jan, 2026), we have successfully deployed the core infrastructure for a networked, collective & emergent general intelligence. Current release cycle (phase 5, due release May, 2026) focuses on heavily on incentive mechanisms, open-endedness and P2P aspects of our stack.
The final phase (commencing Q4, 2026) initiates continuous evolutionary cycle with objective to maintain dynamic equilibrium rather than a final release end point. This phase will focus on the broader adoption of the stack, growing the network, use mechanisms (game theory) & recursive feedback (cybernetics) to allow the complex adaptive system like emergent AGI to self organize and spontaneously emerge from the network.
Explore the phases to see how this ecosystem has evolved - and where it’s heading next.
